System Status / Hugh Mane Hands

System Status (David Rendal) caught our attention in 2012 with his self released pistachio EP. His production stood out to us instantly and his musicality shows through in his compositions. Tusk Wax, Giles Peterson & Ashley Beadle have all been paying attention to his work over the last few year and this EP was an opportunity for us to introduce another one of his tracks to the dance floor. Hands, His first offering to stupid human music is a big slab of electronic boogie with a house mentality. Big analog sounds with a vocal sample that ties the whole piece together. We love it! Inkswel follows up his own warped flip on "Hands" offering a slo-mo version with killer Quad Kicks that are bound to turn heads. On the B side we have two original productions from Hugh Mane who recently put out 4 raw house jams on Gerd Hansons label Running back. This time Hugh Mane offers up a bluesy deep house burner “Up Synth Creek With A Geek” on the B1. Pulling things back on the B2 with a down-tempo miami boogie cut “Jezebels Picnic” Another Stupid Human effort.
