Item Description
The best french soundtrack that was never released on vinyl? Yes! The most beautiful work by François de Roubaix, who unfortunately died in a diving accident in 1975, is actually the best-known: The main theme of "Dernier domicile connu" ("Der Kommissar und sein Lockvogel") was sampled by Robbie Williams (in "Supreme") and Missy Elliott (in "All In My Grill") in very prominently way. Almost everyone knows this string driven theme! It appeared oddly only as a single (now gold on discogs) in 1970. And the rest of the wonderful film music has never been on vinyl. Until now. Hard limited pressing.
