City pop-AOR masterpiece! Former grape Masami Yoshida released 'My tune, My turn' in 1980, and it will be reissued on clear vinyl!

The only solo album 'My tune, My turn' released by former grape Masami Yoshida after the activity of Chabozu is the first reissue! It is a high-quality city pop masterpiece and is a must-listen for Japanese mono AOR fans. Since the original is a rare board that is traded at a high price even in the second-hand market, I think that many collectors wanted it.

Morrissey and David Bowie’s duet of T-Rex’s ‘Cosmic Dancer’, that was recorded live at the Inglewood Forum, Los Angeles on 6th February 1991, is to be released officially for the first time.

The 7-inch double A-side single featuring ‘Cosmic Dancer’ alongside Morrissey’s 2020 cover of The Jam’s ‘That’s Entertainment’ is to be released on 19th February. The sleeve front and back features photographs of David Bowie with Morrissey and were taken in New York City by Linder Sterling.

As a point to note, this version of 'That's Entertainment' is different to the commonly circulated version from 1993.

After the near-tragic accident for Gloria Estefan during the 'Get on Your Feet Tour' (Gloria suffered a broken vertebrae) she portrayed her emotion on 'Into the Light', hence the album's title. This shift affected not only her image but also her audience as a result, and that shift is even more apparent on Into the Light. The album sold over 10 million copies worldwide. It peaked at number five on the Billboard 200 chart, driven largely by its chart-topping lead single, 'Coming Out of the Dark'. This release celebrates the 20th anniversary of a pivotal performance and career-defining year for Travis. In June of 1999, with Travis’ sophomore album The Man Who having only been in the record shops for a month, Travis played the Other Stage at the Glastonbury Festival.

It had been glorious weather, but, as they played their soon-to-be-released single “Why Does It Always Rain on Me?,” the heavens opened. The soggy crowd went wild, and the performance went down as one of the all-time great shows in the festival’s 50-year history. By the time “Why Does It Always Rain on Me?” was released as a single five weeks later, Travis and The Man Who were on the precipice of international stardom, and would go on to headline Glastonbury a year later.

For a time, Prince seemed to find the commercial freedom he was looking for on the Internet. Almost a year before the release of The Rainbow Children, he founded the NPG Music Club, a website where subscribers could access new music (and occasionally things from his storied vault) for a nominal subscription fee. One of the first full releases for club members was this remixed version of Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic; highlights include a remix of Hot Wit U that incorporates elements of the Prince-penned Vanity 6 hit Nasty Girl and the previously unreleased “Beautiful Strange.” In addition five of the tracks are remixes with new musical elements (Rave In2 The Joy Fantastic, Undisputed (The Moneyapolis Mix), The Greatest Romance Ever Sold, Hot Wit U (Nasty Girl Remix), and Man'O'War (Remix). Four songs are the same recording as the originals, with an extended portion at the end of the song (Tangerine, The Sun, The Moon And Stars, Baby Knows and Prettyman). The remaining tracks are identical to the original release.

Was released on vinyl in limited commercial release in 1999 but our version includes the last 2 tracks that were left off the original pressing RAVE UN2 THE JOY FANTASTIC (1999) Prince had taken quite the ownership of the year 1999, so it was no surprise that the last year of the millennium was one of The Artist’s biggest. Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic (another name from the past, a 1988 project that was aborted in favor of the soundtrack to Batman) is a pop-leaning, major-label album, featuring a surprising amount of guest artists (Chuck D of Public Enemy, Eve, No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani, Sheryl Crow) and a clutch of radio-friendly tracks (“The Greatest Romance Ever Sold,” “So Far,” “So Pleased,” “Hot Wit U,” a cover of Crow’s “Everyday Is a Winding Road”). The star-studded Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic was the first and only album that Prince would release with the major label Arista Records, and the final album of previously unreleased material that he credited to his unpronounceable symbol.
