Project London scratch up their second release with fledging act Kashawar, who debuted earlier this year on Body Parts Records. It's an EP that would sound more at home in Estonia or Romania than the UK, with its extended minimalisms and dour atmosphere. The title track flirts with the idea of dub techno, but chooses techiness over subbier sonics; Pheek somehow managing introduce even more dour tones to his remix. A syncopated and underwater groove is brought to life by a party starting acid bass line in "Crossing The Line", while on the flip sub-aqueous textures in "Jetlag" amount to more lonesome and industrial minimalisms.
