Mondo and WaterTower Music are proud to present Tom Holkenborg's epic complete soundtrack to the fan-fueled phenomenon Zack Snyder's Justice League.

As pure as any film music expression has ever existed, Holkenborg's nearly-four hour opus is as bombastic and singular as the film it compliments, and we are honored to present the premiere physical release of this staggering work of expression.

The filmmaking story behind Zack Snyder's return to his DC Comics juggernaut is well known at this point, but not enough time has been spent on the journey of the film's once-shelved score. The incredible composer behind one of last decade's biggest filmmaking triumphs (mad MAX Fury Road) Tom Holkenborg joined the sadly far too large club of composers, across filmmaking history, to have their blockbuster scores replaced.

But the big-budget redemption arc of Zack Snyder's original vision for Justice League presented Holkenborg with the opportunity to build upon what he had started many years ago, with new skills and tools - this time with no other cook in the kitchen but his director and friend.

Launched on the Super Nes® as the gaming world transitioned from 8-bit to 16-bit consoles, the Mega Man X series introduced more mobility to the action-platforming series, as well as new plotlines and characters including X, Zero, and Axl. The 4LP box set has been designed by Tango Gameworks’ formidable art team. The rigid slipcase features Chai and 808, while the inner sleeves highlight Chai’s Assist allies, including Peppermint, Macaron, CNMN, and Korsica. This Standard Edition features heavyweight discs in traditional black.



The set includes 42 specially remastered tracks from the original soundtrack, among them the alternate boss battle tracks created for Streamer Mode.



Revealed to the public in an audacious shadow-drop, Hi-Fi RUSH was a breath of fresh air, harkening back to the early 2000s with its vibrant visuals and goofy humour. The game marries rhythm game and character action game mechanics, with the whole environment of the Vandelay Technologies campus literally bopping to the beat.



As it is for protagonist Chai, music is at the heart of Hi-Fi RUSH. The game’s substantial music team, including The Glass Pyramids, Shuichi Kobori, REO, Masatoshi Yanagi and Hi-Fi RUSH Game Director John Johanas, went all out for infectiously energetic rock. Immense riffs and propulsive drumming played an essential part in maintaining the tension and excitement of the whole experience and keeping players laser focused on the pulse.



And has a game developer ever sung so sweetly and earnestly to their audience as Johanas does on the credits track “Secret Song (Making Things Is Hard)”, crooning “please don’t complain and just enjoy, because at the end of the day, it’s all just a game.”"

Dorohedoro Original soundtrack was originally released by MHz in 2016 as an oversized 2-cd set, supervised by the author, Q Hayashida, and Yuta Umegatani of Murder Channel, and was acclaimed by fans of both sides as a cult classic that uncompromisingly achieved a fusion of manga and music. The album was sold out soon after its release and afterwards it was sold for more than 10 times its original price. With the support of diskunion / DIW Products, the album is finally being reissued under the two names of Murder Channel and Sad Disco!!

Godzilla Singular Point is a 2022 Anime kaiju series that follows engineer Yun Arikawa and graduate student Mei Kamino as they are drawn together by a mysterious song. Their investigations lead to a fight against forces that may threaten the entire world. Featuring fan favorites like Jet Jaguar, Rodan, and Anguirus, Godzilla Singular Point swings between science fiction, Japanese mythology, and ferocious kaiju battles fans have come to expect from the Godzilla franchise!

Character design was handled by Blue Exorcist manga creator Kazue Kato, with former Studio Ghibli animator Eiji Yamamori designing the monsters.

The score composed by famed Japanese composer Kan Sawada is a lavishly produced composition full of bombastic orchestra driven cues, evoking the intense action of the kaiju terror. Electronic elements are also brought into the mix to accent the futuristic, science fiction nature of the story. Sawada utilizes a variety of instruments and voices to pay his respects to the earlier Showa era films, while creating something uniquely new and original.

Japan's world-famous masterpiece by the late Rei Harakami will be revived!! The soundtrack of "tennen Kokekko" (A Gentle Breeze in the Village), created by Rei Harakami, has been remastered by ex Denki Groove member Yoshinori Sunahara and will finally be released on vinyl in a limited edition!! Soundtrack of the film adaptation of the manga by Fusako Kuramochi, which is one of the most popular albums by Ray Harakami, who passed away in July 2011 at the young age of 40, is now being made into a long-awaited analog record.

Dolemite is his name and rappin’ & tappin’ is his game! Eddie Murphy’s 15-year-old pet project about Rudy Ray Moore is absolutely one of the best feel good films in recent memory. Featuring music by Scott Bomar. The soundtrack is a loving homage to 1970’s funk and Blaxploitation scores that sounds contemporary and fresh rather than just leaning on the past. It’s fun, reverential and funky as all hell. Bomar has an incredible feel for funk and soul and it absolutely shines here. This vinyl edition features the full score plus tracks sung by Eddie Murphy, Craig Robinson & Da’Vine Joy Randolph.

Brothers Gianfranco and Gian Piero Reverberi composed OSTs for TV shows such as "Robinson Crusoè" (1964), "The Secret Agents" (1965), "Devil in the Flesh" (1968), and "Torino Nero" (1972). This OST follows the typical standards of spaghetti western film music, but with pop arrangements. The main theme to this film is “You’d Better Smile,” sung by Nicola Di Bari who was a popular singer in the 60s and 70s. It has a tinge of rock accompanied by trumpet, chorus and orchestra. The motif is reprised in various versions: a slow version, a faster rhythmic version, a slower version with trumpets and a chorus which are developed in epic form, a quieter version with electric guitar and flute, and for the opening credits a slower, instrumental version. The song is also reprised in the ending credits of the Italian version. For this LP we were able to access the stereo and mono master tapes of the original recording session.

50 years ago, Franco and Luciana De Gemini had recently moved to Rome, both looking for their place in the world. He a talented musician, she a beautiful young bride, they lived in a small penthouse with a huge terrace full of flowers and views that spanned Rome, from the dome of St. Peter to the Altar of the Fatherland to the Castelli Romani: over 40 kilometers of the Eternal City. Through his collaborations with many great maestros of the period and his involvement with the orchestras, Franco got to know many people including Fulvio Corradini and Benito Costa (the former an administrator of prestigious record catalogs, the second a trusted friend). In fact, they had already caught wind of a small record label called Beat Records Company, founded on May 12, 1966, but the two had no time to devote to the endeavor so they trusted its administration to Franco De Gemini by actively involving him as a partner. It was on March 23, 1968, that they set foot in that office on Viale Medaglie D'oro. Beat had published 58 tracks, had 16,500 Liras in cash and a tax fine of 140,000 liras for failure to report. That was the day that Franco and Luciana began their adventure, which would last for him until July 20, 2013, and for her until March 3, 2016. It was an Intense fifty years, always with one foot on an airplane, in a smoke-filled recording studio, in front of a Moviola viewing the scrolling images of film or around a table with incredible characters, to talk, create music and art, or simply to enjoy life. That little two-year-old son that was once picked up and held by Franco and Luciana is now a man of 50, a man with whom generations of film and music fans have been able to cultivate their passions, served and revered by the tireless work of this incredible couple. Having reached this important landmark in time, with over half a century of history behind us, we decided to revive five significant favorites from our musical catalog and replicate them in their original format, a tribute to our past and yours. The fifth appointment of this revival is with one of our scores unreleased on vinyl, Alla Ricerca DEL Piacere by Teo Usuelli, a score we love deeply for a movie featuring the divine Barbara Bouchet, a beautiful icon beloved on both sides of the ocean. The music--iconic as well, and among the most appreciated in our catalog--has been included on Beat at Cinecittà albums and used by the Cohen bros., who included Piacere Sequence M36 in The Big Lebowsky. What more shall we add? Thank you, Maestro Usuelli.

A high-speed car chase between a Dodge Charger and a Ford Mustang, with super-cop Bullitt at the wheel, who forces the hitman off the road and into a petrol station, which explodes and incinerates him. Prior to that, harsh clashes of metal, hubcaps flying all over the place, and the chief character Steve McQueen, who grimly changes gears and hurtles through the streets of San Francisco, wheels screaming and rubber burning. That was how Hollywood staged one of the longest and most dramatic car chases, long before the days of the Anti-Blocking-System and Anti-Slide-Control.
Very up-to-date and just as exciting as the screenplay is the music Lalo Schifrin wrote for the film, which embeds the characters, places and events in a musical context. For example, "Bullitt": the metrically angular main theme portrays a mysterious, cool character who sums up a situation with keen alertness and then makes his attack with the speed of lightning.
Initially the music travels through easy-going Latin terrain. But gradually the rhythmic texture changes and takes a rougher path, with clicks, knocks and hammering. Legendary flute lines create a compensatory placidness with airy clouds floating above the sharp mix. A really special track is "Shifting Gears": here you can listen to Schifrin tuning the car, how he manipulates a jammed springy bossa to take on the sound of clean, smooth-running rock.

This Speakers Corner LP was remastered using pure analogue components only, from the master tapes through to the cutting head. All royalties and mechanical rights have been paid.

Beat Records and Digitmovies are pleased to release for the absolute first time on CD the complete edition of the brilliant soundtrack by Guido & Maurizio De Angelis for the sci-fi comedy “Chissà perché… capitano tutte a me” (aka Everything Happens to Me) directed in 1980 by Michele Lupo and a cast starring Bud Spencer, Cary Guffey, Ferruccio Amendola, John Bartha, Giancarlo Bastianoni, Paolo Figlia, Lorenzo Fineschi, Giovanni Gianfriglia, Robert Hundar, Clayton Landey, Amedeo Leorini, Ottaviano Dell'Acqua, and Carlo Reali. For the sequel to “Uno sceriffo extraterrestre... poco extra e molto terrestre” where Sheriff Scott Hall fights crime and alien androids to protect the extraterrestrial child H7-25 with the final victory of the good guys, Guido & Maurizio De Angelis composed a really nice soundtrack. At the time, a 45 rpm single (Polydor 2040289) was released in Germany featuring the tracks “Mr. Nothingoesright,” a vocal version, and the instrumental “Blue Space.” For this vinyl of ours, with a duration of 38:28, we used the recording session master tapes provided by Cabum. The main theme, “Mr. Nothingoesright” is the funny country tune that we hear in the version performed by the famous Douglas Meakin and reprised in instrumental versions. The legendary De Angelis brothers wrote dramatic and action music with a recurring electronic rock piece that serves as the background to Sheriff Scott's skirmishes with criminals which is also reprised in an extended version entitled “Blue Space”. The Oliver Onions songs “Six Ways” and “What I'll do” also appear in some scenes throughout the film. Mastering by Claudio Fuiano, graphic layout by Daniele De Gemini.

Motohiro Hata's timeless masterpiece "Kotonoha", originally released in 2013, will be released on vinyl in a limited edition with special clear green vinyl that reflects the worldview of the animation "The Garden of Words". The release will be under the joint label name of diskunion DIW and Hobbyless Records, an independent analog label established by Motohiro Hata in 2018. The LP also includes a cover of the classic song "Rain" (lyrics and music by Senri Oe) and a Tomita Lab. remix of "Girl"!!

The soundtrack to the holiday film, The Nightmare Before Christmas, features Danny Elfman, who has scored many of Tim Burton's imaginative films (Edward Scissorhands, his two Batman films, etc.), is a perfect musical partner for the somewhat macabre director, and never more so than here, where, in fact, Elfman gets not only to write the music but to play the part of the main character. 12" Zoetrope Picture Disc displaying art from the film.

Thom Yorke’s Suspiria (Music for the Luca Guadagnino Film) is released on XL Recordings. Suspiria consists of 25 original compositions written by Thom specifically for Luca Guadagnino reimagining of the 1977 Dario Argento horror classic. The album is a mix of instrumental score work, interstitial pieces and interludes, and more traditional song structures featuring Thom’s vocals such as Unmade, Has Ended and Suspirium, the album's first single featuring the melodic theme that recurs throughout the film and its score.

As scoring a horror film presented Thom with altogether new challenges and opportunities, Suspiria stands apart from any of his other work. Piano / vocal ballads, Krautrock-esque modular synth work inspired by the film’s Berlin 1977 setting, multilayered vocals, and melodies that convey terror, longing and melancholy combine to create a chaotic yet cohesive musical spell.

Suspiria was written and arranged by Thom Yorke, recorded and produced by Thom and Sam Petts-Davies. The album also features the London Contemporary Orchestra and Choir, Noah Yorke on drums on Has Ended and Volk, and Pasha Mansurov on solo flute on Suspirium.

Eli Keszler's score meets at the confluence between the visceral electro-acoustic Giallo style and brooding acoustic drones, which feature his abstract and textural percussion playing he has explored in his solo music. All of this working together to evoke the very haunts of the film's Uptown locations.Speaking about the score Keszler said_ "The score was built around the 'pentagram melody' as we called it, a seven-note symmetrical pattern that formed the sign found on the tarot card, a repeated motif of dread and premonition found in the film. In the Scary Theme and later in Tarot Theme three variations occur, where each tonal triangle is introduced individually, followed by it playing in counterpoint to each other to complete the symbol.Nekrasova's work is a thriller centred on two young women who unknowingly move into a Manhattan apartment that used to belong to Jeffrey Epstein. The psychosexual drama is steeped in Giallo, with a touch of DePalma and Polanski. Premiering at this year's Berlin International Film Festival, it took home their prestigious 'Best First Feature' award.Keszler other film work includes contributions to Daniel Lopatin's score for the Safdie Brother's acclaimed, Uncut Gems, while his solo music has been released on LuckyMe, Empty Editions, ESP Disk and PAN. His album 'Stadium' released on Shelter Press was awarded Boomkat's 2018 'Album Of The Year' and Pitchfork claimed his most recent album 'Icons' (2021) as 'strangely wonderful'. Joe D’Amato’s 1979 gorefest Buio Omega (Beyond the Darkness) concerns a local taxidermist Frank and his dead fiancée, unable to cope with his loss he of course digs up his deceased girlfriend and preserves and stuffs her. This (obviously) doesn’t sit well with his housekeeper who is secretly in love with Frank, from here on in things get even more bizarre and gruesome as Frank tries to find a replacement for his ex to no avail. As bodies pile up (and get broken down in acid baths) the local police get suspicious and it all comes to a head for Frank and his housekeeper. Buio Omega is an absolutely outrageous slice of Italian sleaze and recommended to those only with the strongest of stomachs!

Goblin supplied the score to Buio Omaga and they really helped elevate the film. Synthesizers soar and drums rattle and the score is a funk filled masterpiece far better than the film probably deserves! Original film soundtrack For the first time ever, here is the soundtrack from the 1983 post-apocalyptic flick directed by Joe D’Amato, Endgame - Bronx Lotta Finale. A compelling Carlo Maria Cordio’s mighty Vangelis-meets-John Carpenter score. With hangovers from previous Giallo-based outings, Endgame’s themes are more gentle and introspective than, say, Claudio Simonetti’s muscular work for The New Barbarians and Hands of Steel but also, arguably, musically more diverse. In particular, the opening title track ‘Atomic Contamination” is genuinely chilling when set against the stock footage of a nuclear bomb going off. While liberally pinching the vibe of Blade Runner’s more symphonic textures, Cordio’s synthesizers also do bombast, melancholy and menace when required, whilst the pretty pieces for Lilith are like semi precious jewels shining out of the murk and machismo.

New music from the HBO Series. Euphoria — which paved the way for Labrinth’s opportunity to score the show. His soundtrack, due out in album form this Friday, hums with soft electricity, perfectly complementing the journey of the main character, Rue, a teenager caught in limbo between the euphoria of a drug high and the harsh consequences of addiction. “When you look back to your teenage days,” he says, “it feels semi-magical but semi-crazy and semi-psychotic. I wanted to make sure the music felt like those things.”
