The late, great Terry Callier was an icon and inspiration to many; his work on Cadet Records with Charles Stepney and Elektra in the 70s made him a cult artist. After coming out of musical semi-retirement and returning to the stage in the 90s, Terry's light continued to shine, wowing both old and new audiences with the exquisite beauty his music and voice channelled.
Following his stunning performance at the 2008 Meltdown Festival, curated by Massive Attack, Terry teamed up with the legendary British trio, which resulted in ‘Hidden Conversations'. Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja co-wrote ‘Wings’, ‘John Lee Hooker', and ‘Live With Me’. The combination of Robert Del Naja’s haunting production and Terry’s captivating, emotive vocals fused beautifully. Terry collaborated with the producers Christopher Grabowski and Mark Hardy on the remaining other songs on the album.

In 2009, Eddie Money recorded eight cover songs that appeared on a pair of EPs, released on CD. Those EPs are now being combined and released for the first time on vinyl. In addition to a pair of Beatles classics, the Covers LP also includes rocking versions of songs originally popularized by AC/DC, the Doors, the Four Tops, Green Day, and Train.

Over his career, Eddie Money scored eleven Top 40 pop & rock hits between 1978 and 1991. His self-titled debut album included the classic rock staples "Baby Hold On" and "Two Tickets to Paradise" and sold two million albums in the U.S. In 1986, Money scored big again with "Take Me Home Tonight," a Top 5 single that earned him a Grammy Award nomination for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance. By the late 1990s, Money could be seen in guest spots on The Drew Carey Show and The King of Queens. He sadly passed away in 2019.

Frontman MJ Howells and his drumming brother Peter Purrfect formed glam-rock band Rockslide in Manchester in the mid-1970s with bassist Wispa Cundall and guitarist Vic Long but changed direction after seeing the Sex Pistols; Long was replaced by guitarist Gus Gangrene and after shifting to London, their new identity was pure punk. Debut EP Temptations Of A White Collar Worker sold 14,000 copies in short shrift, paving the way for the dynamite LP Further Temptations, the sole long-player they managed before splitting in the mid-1980s. Formed in the town of New Mills, Derbyshire in 1980, Oi legends Blitz revitalised the UK punk scene of the era, their incendiary debut Voice Of A Generation a massive commercial success, but the 1983 follow-up Time Empire Justice had a different line-up and new wave orientation, pointing to fissures in the group; then, in 1990, guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Nidge Miller teamed up with former Attack frontman Gary Basnett for The Killing Dream, a studio swansong that revived the name with Nidge fully in control. Devotees will love the sterling guitar work on this final piece of the Blitz jigsaw.

Game's eighth proper studio album came out during an active 2016. Earlier in the year, he released soundtracks for a documentary, Streets of Compton, and a mobile app game, Block Wars. On a personal level, he and 50 Cent made amends following a prolonged period of mutual antagonism, and then he went after Meek Mill, as documented on the forceful but controlled "92 Bars," included here. Although it's titled 1992 and is heavily nostalgic (even by Game's standard), stacked with references to the state of hip-hop circa the early '90s, it's inspired by the era more than it is a period piece.

Group Therapy is the third studio album by American nu metal band Dope. The enhanced portion of the album contains a music video for each song. Group Therapy shows the band expanding on the more alternative metal style music the band had started on their previous album, Life, and most of the industrial style music has been toned down. The album contains some of the band's most heavy and aggressive songs while certain songs such as "Sing", "Another Day Goes By" and "Easier" show a softer, more melodic sound. In the second half of 2004 the album had already sold about 37,749 in United States. "Now is the Time" was used in an episode of Dog the Bounty Hunter.

Formulas Fatal to the Flesh is the fifth full-length studio album by death metal band Morbid Angel. The Satanic-themed lyrics of previous albums had been replaced with lyrics about the Old Ones, which would become the primary source of Morbid Angel's lyrical content from this point on, and has some lyrical content written in Sumerian. This is the first album to feature singer/bassist Steve Tucker, replacing David Vincent. The title refers to the biblical symbol of the Antichrist. The letter "F" is the 6th letter of the alphabet; therefore, it could be read as "6ormulas 6atal to the 6lesh" or 666 for short, the number of the Beast. The album stands out as a landmark for the brutal death metal genre that developed in the late nineties. This 25th Anniversary edition is limited to 300 units and comes as 2 LP Purple Vinyl

This soundtrack has never had a standard vinyl release, much less this deluxe edition which will be presented across two LP’s in a gatefold jacket and pressed on red mult-color splatter vinyl, in keeping with the theme of the green multi-color splatter on the How To Train Your Dragon 1 LP release, which was also produced exclusively for RSD in 2021. As with the first soundtrack, the theme song of the second film is done by Jonsi from the Icelandic band, Sigur Ros, and is unavailable anywhere else.

Senza Sapere Niente di Lei (1969, Luigi Comencini) is one of the first scores composed by Ennio Morricone for a Giallo film, just ahead of the great season of the cult Italian thrilling genre forged by Dario Argento...so far unreleased on vinyl (with the exception of two tracks included on a 1980 CAM anthology LP, now pretty much impossible to find). With “Senza Sapere Niente di Lei” Morricone composed one of his most dreamy and ethereal scores, with a sweet and delicate theme unfolding in a lullaby to the rhythm of a valzer, and interpreted in multiple keys: from lounge-jazz to experimental music. The final result is a sensual and suave sound that well matches the quintessential morbid style of Giallo cinema and of the film’s plot.

Originally released in 1977, “Psycho Analysis” remains today one of the most obscure and mysterious titles inside the vast catalogue of Edizioni Leonardi, from the points of view both of its musical content and of its realization.

Musically, in fact, we are facing a collection of short dark-tinged and gloomy compositions for piano and synthesizers, characterized by a slow and unrelenting pace, a perfect soundtrack for a thriller/noir or a 50s/60s sci-fi horror movie, with the exception of the closing piece “Seagull”, a more bright and relaxed song that almost seems to ‘liberate’ the listener from the shady sounds of the previous tracks, accompanying him on the shore of a tropical beach. “Il Serpente” (Night Flight from Moscow) is a 1973 spy and thriller film directed by Henri Verneuil, starring among others Yul Brinner, Henry Fonda and Philippe Noiret. It’s one of the French director’s six movies that feature a soundtrack composed by Ennio Morricone, who here managed to describe the thrilling atmosphere of this high-voltage espionage, alternating dramatic and mysterious passages ("Assassinio sul Lago", "Il Serpente") and experimental ones ("Astrazione con Ritmo", "Esplicitamente Sospeso") to other soft and sensual ("Canzone Lontana"), still with the amazing contribution of Edda Dell'Orso and Alessandro Alessandroni’s I Cantori Moderni.

Before his tragic death at the age of 21, Hugh Mundell was a rising star in Jamaica’s burgeoning reggae scene. In 1976, the Kingston native released the single “Africa Must Be Free By 1983”, produced by dub legend Augustus Pablo. The song would eventually become the title track on Mundell’s classic debut album, released through Pablo’s iconic label Rockers.

Now, Nature Sounds is partnering with Augustus Pablo’s family for a limited-edition Africa-shaped vinyl picture disc highlighting this indelible track. Green transparent vinyl & the first vinyl pressing by World Circuit – exclusive to Record Store Day. In the 1970s, Malian guitarist Ali Farka Touré worked as a sound engineer for national Radio Mali and broadcasts of his own performances earned him a formidable local reputation. He sent some recordings to the Sonodisc record company in Paris, resulting in one of the first ever commercial releases of Malian music - a 12" vinyl album titled Ali Toure 'Farka'. Between 1975 and 1988 a total of seven albums were released, all titled only with variations on the artist's name and with no information other than a photo and the song titles. The last two albums released became known as the 'Red' and 'Green' albums due to the colours of their original album sleeves. In the mid-1980s a few copies of these albums found their way to Anne Hunt of World Circuit Records, prompting her to travel to Mali and broadcast an appeal over the airwaves of Radio Mali to find Ali. As luck would have it Ali was visiting the capital Bamako and he heard the broadcast. Thus began Ali's hugely successful international career and his long relationship with the World Circuit label.

Digitally remastered from the original tapes, Ali Farka Touré’s ‘Green’ album showcases Ali's acoustic guitar and vocals, both alone and accompanied by calabash and ngoni (traditional four string guitar). It’s one of many in Ali’s catalogue that demonstrate his continuing importance to African music. A must-have for both fans and collectors alike.
