adidas presents the Bonega edition of the legendary Superstar as an eye-catching remix hat includes a massive vulcanized sole with a mudguard for a stylish platform look. Introduced in 1969, the iconic design of adidas Originals' famous Superstar had a major influence on sneaker culture, thanks to the rubber shell toe box and the sophisticated look. Since then, the Superstar ran through urban subcultures like G Rap records ran through the hip hop underground – and it's still at the top of sneaker connoisseurs' lists! The adidas Originals Superstar Bonega edition is equipped with features such as full grain leather upper, classic 3 Stripes appliqués with Ghilly-style loops for the lacing at side walls, the famous rubber shell toe box, an adidas Trefoil label printed at the slightly padded tongue, soft and breathable fabric lining, a foam-padded insole as well as the aforementioned sole with reimagined herringbone tread. Plus, the adidas Superstar Bonega has been made in part with recycled content generated from production waste, e.g. cutting scraps and post-consumer household waste, to avoid the larger environmental impact of producing virgin content.
