ALIS HHV Clothing

Just calling ALIS a brand doesn’t do justice to the company. A simple look at the ALIS activities tells a much more extensive story: ALIS designs and produces high-quality apparel, it’s a skate community, a workshop, a playground for creative, freethinking individuals, even a sponsor and supporter for countless independent events, festivals, competitions and much more. Besides being a co-organizer and sponsor of skateboarding competitions, ALIS also built a reputation as a supporter for great underground music – the 1996 Subkult festival and the Scandinavian Open in 2001, 2002, and 20013 are just a few events ALS supported. Plus, ALIS helped building numerous skate parks all over the world. The company was founded by two friends, Albert and Isabelle, in 1996 in the Freetown of Christiania, Copenhagen. Two years later, ALIS was the driving force behind the creation of the famous Wonderland skate park, that soon became one of the most famous hot spots for skateboarding in Scandinavia. As a clothing company, ALIS went from printing the famous box logo on stickers, hats, and tees to conceptualizing and realizing collaborations with different international designers, photographers, music and graphic artists to create a movement.
