For guaranteed warmth in varying conditions, the mittens are equipped with Heatseeker™ Eco insulation on the palm and thumb. And when things get a little warmer, you can fold the top over. Etip™ technology on the thumb ensures that you don't even have to take off the TNF Nuptse Convertible Mittens to operate your smartphone or tablet. Even better, the mittens are made from recycled material - but not just the fabrics, but also the carabiner that holds the mittens together, which is made from recycled plastic from the ocean.
