YKRA Accessories

YKRA is a fresh Hungarian lifestyle brand located in Budapest, specializing in backpacks and accessories with a vintage feel. Designed by Balázs Lakatos, the YKRA products are created for colorful individuals, with nostalgic accents for the classic outdoors and mountaineering style. YKRA was born out of the designer’s love for the colorful subcultures of the sixties and seventies, and the ruggedness and durability of mountaineering equipment. The products are in a classic style, reminiscent of some of YKRA’s favorite old school pieces, in eccentric color palettes, suited especially for very colorful individuals. The inspirations range from skateboarding to mountain climbing, hip hop culture to reggae music, sailing to surfing, and everything in between. The packs are manufactured by hand in YKRA’s small workshop located in the basement of Budapest’s only surf bar, Telep, in the heart of the 7th district. Plus, the products are all made from natural materials including canvas, leather, and metal, giving your bag classic quality, and a natural feel.
